M.I. Tech Construction, LLC is a licensed and insured construction service company that is headquartered in Frederick, Maryland. Our owners’ combined experience of more than five decades in the construction industry, coupled with our staff’s training and expertise from a range of projects allows M.I. Tech to maintain safety and quality as our top priorities. We are committed to providing clients with the highest quality services offered with cost–and time-efficient planning. MI Tech, LLC was founded in 2011 in Frederick County, Maryland. M.I. Tech Construction currently holds commercial licenses in MD and PA and provides construction services to commercial facilities throughout central Pennsylvania & Maryland. M.I. Tech Construction currently has IDIQ contracts with Howard County Government (environmental services) and The Columbia Association (the municipality for the city of Columbia Maryland) performing construction related services. Additionally, we are performing work for Valiant Integrated Services who holds the base maintenance facility maintenance contract for Fort Detrick and Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Silver Spring and our employees have clearance to work on these sites. We also have completed projects for the Maryland DNR (Department of Natural Resources), park service and additionally we travel the USA working for synergy Sports and clan engineering installing TrackMan ™ radar systems for MLB and NCAA college baseball teams as well as installing camera systems in college basketball arenas throughout the eastern corridor of the US. The Maryland School of Deaf located in Frederick is also a repeat customer of ours for facility repairs. MI Tech provides renovation, repair & minor construction services under a contract service agreement with Frederick County Division of Public Works. Projects with Frederick County range from office building renovations to projects located in outdoor public spaces. M.I. Tech Construction is highly experienced in a wide variety of commercial and residential remodeling work and strives to accommodate for our clients’ needs, while maintaining the quality and safety of our projects.

M.I. Tech Construction was established with the purpose of providing the best possible construction services to clients, and we have not changed since. Our mission is to provide clients with the highest quality services, while expanding our team to accommodate nationwide facility needs. We hope to provide insight to clients on the work to be completed for their project, while gaining our own experience of each unique project to improve our service to clients in the future.
