The Columbia Association of Columbia, Maryland contracted M.I. Tech Construction to renovate the facility’s aging bathrooms and locker rooms. The project involved flushing all shower valves, the removal and replacement of all shower and toilet fixtures with upgraded, high efficiency units, and new concrete shower pans and plumbing drainage systems. The renovation to three locker rooms and two bathrooms included new Mondo flooring, new toilet partitions, paint and fixtures.
