The Columbia Association of Columbia, Maryland contracted M.I. Tech Construction to remediate water integrity issues at the Columbia Gym, a 23 year old facility located in the River Hill Village Center. The project required the removal of 61 windows that were improperly draining rainwater into the structure. M.I. Tech installed new under-flashing, repaired exterior EFIS, reinstalled all windows and finished the job with new caulk, sills and paint.
