The Columbia Association of Columbia, Maryland contracted M.I. Tech Construction to repair water damage to the Thunder Hill Pool daycare center. The project required the removal and replacement of drywall, flooring and cove base that had been compromised from a plumbing leak in an adjoining bathroom. M.I. Tech was able to match existing paint, flooring and baseboards, minimizing the cost of repair.
