M.I. Tech Construction was contracted to renovate the Town Hall of New Windsor, Maryland. The project involved the construction of a new façade and a complete interior remodel. The exterior required new brick work to match the existing masonry, new building letters, exterior lighting, doors, windows, handrails and a concrete handicap ramp. The interior involved walls, ceiling, lighting, flooring, doors, paint and kitchen modifications for handicap compatibility. Fireproofing of the lower level garage and a new interior stairwell fire escape enclosure were also included.
