The Queen Street residential rehab was a complete interior remodel that required gutting and rebuilding the entire inside of the structure. M.I. Tech Construction removed all partitions of the 1,200 square foot, 3 bedroom/1 bath, single family home. The addition of a large support beam enabled the kitchen to be opened, forming a contemporary great room. Windows were moved, electrical and plumbing were updated, new cabinets, doors, appliances and vinyl tile flooring were installed. The project was finished with paint and trim.
